NOTE: Order processing during holidays/sales/new drops/restocks may take longer due to high volume of orders.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged or incorrect item), please fill out the Contact Form on our Contact Us page with your name, order number, and details about the issue.
We will personally review your case and work with you to find a solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a store credit or a gift card to use on future purchases at Annigé.
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout. Annigé is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
