4. Shipping
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Annigé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us using our Contact Form within 3 days of delivery and include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review the situation and offer a fair solution, which may include a store credit or gift card to use on future purchases at Annigé.
